All items except for sale or clearance items can be returned for a complete refund, store credit or store exchange.
Returned items must be received within 10 days of receipt, there are no exceptions.
Please make sure that all items are wrapped securely when shipped, unfortunately we can not be responsible for items damaged during shipping and damaged items will not be accepted for returns.
Only unused items can be returned and must have all tags and original tags.
The customer is responsible for shipping charges and the shipping charges will not be refunded.
If an item is received defective, The Honeyroom will replace the defective item free of charge. If the item is out of stock, the customer will receive a store credit for the price of the item
